A ‘Torontonian’, I live in one of the most culturally diverse place on the planet. I love it here.
My parents (dad is in the photo above!) put a camera in my hands when I was just a child. At the time, it was an innocent way to keep a curious kid busy (we didn't have iPads, or smartphones when I was growing up). I was told to use my imagination. There was no digital playback, no CF or SD cards - just film. So I spent my early years capturing pictures on film using a small entry-level Nikon F-series camera.
Disposable film cameras turned into a Canon EOS Rebel, then a T1i which I kept for the better part of 10 years.
20 plus years later, I'm still trying to capture all the moments life brings me.
I love taking landscapes and portraits. I've got an increasingly large collection of dog photos, thanks to my photogenic Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever named Tesla. Most importantly, I love capturing the moments in life that God has given me.
